👩‍👧‍👦 A Day in the Life of a Realtor Mom

No two days in real estate are ever the same—and when you add motherhood into the mix, every day becomes its own adventure. I wear a lot of hats: Realtor, mom, PTA volunteer, snack provider, chauffeur, and cheerleader on the sidelines. Here’s a little peek into what a “typical” day looks like for me (if there really is such a thing!).

☀️ Morning: Coffee, Kids, and Chaos

The day usually starts early with backpacks, breakfast, and making sure everyone is where they need to be. My daughter might be reminding me of more paperwork that I need to sign, while my son is looking for his soccer cleats. Somewhere in between, I’m checking emails and confirming showings for the day.

🏡 Midday: Showings & Negotiations

Once the kids are off, I switch into Realtor mode. That could mean:

• Touring a new listing with buyers

• Shooting drone footage for a property

• Negotiating terms of a contract

• Answering calls while sitting in the Dunkin’ drive-thru (because… New England!)

Every day is different, but the common thread is helping families find their perfect place to call home.

⚽ Afternoon: Soccer Fields & Quick Replies

After school, it’s straight to soccer practice. I’m the mom on the sidelines with a laptop in my bag, sending a quick reply to a client while cheering on the kids. Real estate doesn’t stop, and neither does family life—so blending the two has become second nature.

🌙 Evening: Wrapping Up & Family Time

Evenings often mean wrapping up CMA reports, prepping for tomorrow’s showings, or following up with clients. But it also means dinner at the table, talking about everyone’s day, and squeezing in a little downtime before doing it all again tomorrow.
